Maroon drop waist dress

Maroon tank dress, by billabong. V neck, crochet ruffle on bottom. I'm 5'8" the top of bottom ruffle hits right at my bum ending at mid thigh. Twirls out sweetly, I always wore with boots and sometimes denim cut offs. I am normally a size small, this says xs, could definitely fit xs and small.
