Maroon cinched waist cropped sleeve dress from H&M

I wore this dress a few times when I worked in the office, great combination of appropriate for work but comfortable and easy to throw on over tights in the winter. There is gentle cinching around the waist to give a slightly fitted shape, and the sleeves go down to about the elbow with slits there to allow for easy movement. I work from home now so am just clearing out some office wear! Size 8, fits like a medium.
