Reposhing this item I purchased from @kaylawills814. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Purchased this piece specifically for the Eras Tour by Taylor Swift! Very cute and fun piece. Has tie shoulder straps. Back consists of many hooks. Hand washed in cold water and hung to dry. In great condition with no flaws. Packaged to me in a Shein bag.
