Maroon Strapless Top

"Miss Trendy" brand maroon-red strapless top. Cinches down the front. Says "Minnesota University 1975" on the front, hard to read. You can wear it sideways with cinch (see drawing) or normally. (Honestly I don't know what this is.. could be a skirt for all I know) Women's Medium.
