Maroon Red Silk Belted Dress Small Medium

Maroon Silk Dress Unfortunately the label is gone and I don't know the maker or the size. It's a stunning dress and I know it was not cheap and the size i'm guessing to be small to medium maybe... please see measurements below. Because it's silk it has some small areas here and there that are imperfect but honestly if it still fit I wouldn't get rid of this one. It's really a beautiful dress. The worst of it is the belt but like I said totally still wearable in my opinion.
