Maroon Patterned Dress

I love this dress! Slightly sheer, maroon with pops of bright blue and taupe. Skirt is ruffled and double lined. Features a very forgiving waist that closes with a ribbon, and that ribbon detail is also on the three quarter sleeves and in front of the buttons. Collared neckline. Really beautiful material.
