Maroon English Factory Mixed Media Dress

Adorable puff sleeve English Factory dress, slightly high-low cut. Fabric on the top is slightly stretchy, like a jersey material. Sleeves and bottom are a poplin cotton, no stretch. Size M, but fits up to a large - I would keep it but the arms are too tight. Measurements available upon request!
