Marni A Line Dress - EUC!

This is a fabulous find! I bought it NWT and only wore it once. It comes with the belt. Italian size 42, which is about US 6. See measurements in the pictures. It looks like it needs a stitch by the front neckline but this is how I bought it so I'm not sure... I've included the last two pictures to show what I mean. Item #0123
