Do you know if these are waterproof and are they just a shell or is there insulation. Also, is the inseam really 27”?

@defelida89 there is not a waterproof tag but nylon is usually considered to be somewhat waterproof. I remeasured the inseam placing the tape measure exactly on the seam line, and it measures 30”, from the zipper at the crotch to ankle.
There is no insulation
