darlenefuson @gemed27 ok...lsying flat: arm length is 23 1/2" shoulders are: 18" top of arm to top of arm Chest: 24 1/2" seam to seam bottom at hem line seam to seam is 23 1/2" and length of blazer from top of neckline straight down to hem is 29" Hope this helps

darlenefuson @moon_sister the hip area is 52" around or 26 inches across laying flat. The waist area measures 25 " straight across laying flat. Hope this helps and sorry with the delay getting back to you
