rchristineg Hello, I bought your bionic gym. Is there a way you can contact me? rchristineg (at sign) live. (c_m) The unit locked up, and I’m in contact with customer service. If it doesn’t resolve then they will replace it, but I’ll need the original order info. This was a lot of money to stop working. Thank you

em_lynn_ @rchristineg this sounds like an issue with the app not the device. Did you see the note i left you regarding Bionic Gym Female users? This is a good resource. The order number was 3514.

rchristineg @em_lynn_ no I didn’t see the note. The device light is a constant blue and it doesn’t respond to the button or being plugged in. It worked earlier on my 2nd use, but now it’s like locked up

rchristineg I deleted the app on my phone and used another phone- my bf’s; downloaded the app signed in and now it’s not even detecting. Meanwhile the blue light remains on

em_lynn_ @rchristineg the group i mentioned is a group on the most polar social media platform - posh blocks me from posting the name of the site. They may be able to help as many people on there bought from each other. If you call and give bionic gym the order number please note that that order was for two devices and my partner kept hers.
