Has pockets. Top listed separately. PLEASE SEE PICTURES as this skirt is very stained along the bottom from my OUTDOOR wedding. Up to you to get it cleaned- stains may or may not come out. Stains are from asphalt & grass along bottom & on train, especially at the crease where it drags when bustled. I paid $695, tax, PLUS $275 for shorten and bustle. If stains don’t come out, I don’t think they would be too obvious if worn bustled for your event- best if you’re having a farm wedding like mine.
