poconopaula @abbylop7676 hi, shoulder seam to shoulder seam is 16. The sleeve length is 24.5. There is also shoulder pads sewn in, they are not very big. As to the 34d I'm not to sure the jacket was my daughter and she was much smaller than that and she also never buttoned it. I hope that helps let me know if you have any other questions.
