Vintage from early 90’s. Mariner, sailor, Fisherman, Seaman whatever you wanna call him he even looks like Santa Claus so he could be a Christmas decoration as well. The sail moves and comes in and out of hole. This one is hand painted so there will be imperfections as well as slight color differences.
