Marine Layer emerald green dress w/white dots sz M

GUC green dress with print of white dots. Not perfect circles but rathe smudge like dots. 3/4 sleeve, hits above knee (I’m 5’8”). A little pulling on the back opening when I tried it on and discovered it no longer fits me. See detailed photo.
