Maria Lucia Hohan Petra Dress

New with tags. Size Fr38/US Medium. Extra measurements approx...pit to pit 13.5" but stretches about 3 to 4 inches more (has back stretchy panel)....waist laying flat 13"...front length 33" ( not including straps)...back length 36" ( not including straps. Has side zipper closure. Dress is new but has been handled in store so it does have some flaws. Visible flaws are a bit of pillin on zipper area and throughout satin area of dress, some pulling on velvet strap that runs thru the zipper area and some small stains (2). See photos provided for these flaws. Flaws are not that visible since satin area of dress is pleated but they are there.
