Handmade in Spain; I'm between sizes and tried so hard to break these smaller ones in at home but they were never gonna work for me. Tiny bit of wear on soles from maybe walking to the corner store in them once. Super high quality comfy flats, and my last pair only got softer and more comfy with wear. My loss is your gain! Might still have the dust bags somewhere; no guarantees on that one but I'll try!

babaozhou @vipresaleshop i truly have no idea bc i've never tried on chanel flats, and couldn't figure out my own sizing with this brand 😭 but as a 6.5 they fit, just too tightly to want to walk more than half a block in them.

babaozhou @vipresaleshop ok i just dug up my emails with their customer care team! they do run a little big-- i sized down TWO TIMES with them after i kept walking straight out of the 6.5 and 6. And these are def too small on me and I guess I gave up at that point, lol. But it might just be a matter of heel shape-- i also cannot wear pumps without straps because my heels slip out of every pair too.
