It's a wire frame covered in puffs and ruffles of deco mesh. It's surrounded with glittery ribbon tails & glittery stars, and topped with a large funky bow. At the center hangs a three tiered Mardi Gras sign with the tragedy and comedy masks. My favorite part is the explosion of sequins coming from the bow.
