It has a silver tone lobster clasp closure. It's on a dark blue satin cord. It has a silver tone heart shaped pendant with motivational words engraved on the front. The back is signed Marcie USA. While it's currently a pendant necklace, it also has a safety pin back so it can be removed from the cord and worn as a brooch.
