adjustable straps? it really has to be dry cleaned?

@ericakane1215 Thank you for visiting my closet and for your interest.😀 The straps are NOT adjustable and the tag states to dry clean only. I don't know what would happen to the top if you hand or machine washed it. The silver material is 3-dimensional and would be questionable if hand or machine washed. I hope that helps. It is a gorgeous top!😍
