Is this true to size I could cheat and fit into a size small but I’m truly a size 8, which is a size medium standing at five 3 1/4 and 146 pounds what you think because this is so cute lol

i'm the size cheating type too, so i get it :) for reference, i'm 5'6'' and 130, curvier in the hips. the top part will fit easily as it's open back, but i will say the bottom section is more structured than stretchy.
