This dress was worn for a wedding in the early 1970s. It was made by the former owners mother. Zippers up the back Covered buttons at the cuffs and up the front. Flocked flowers on the skirt measurements: Empire waist is 25" As an empire waist it sits about 12" below the collar bone at the base of the neck. Sleeves are 24" in Great Condition!
