@aclm looks like the waist is about 26-27”. I also noticed a little wear on the ribbon around the waist, but it’s just a basic velvet ribbon and would be pretty easy to replace. But it’s not super noticeable at first glance. The rest of the dress is in perfect condition! I added some more pics for reference :)
