Marc New York by Andrew Marc Floral blouse with leather tie

Marc New York by Andrew Marc Rust Floral blouse with faux leather tie. This blouse is gorgeous. It has a synched hem line and bell sleeves with the leather accent tie. Size XS, but fits very loosely, I wear a Medium and it is still slightly loose on me. There are no snags or stains, this top is in great condition.
