@kayleenmogren it is about 22 inches at bottom opening and has draw strings on both bottom sides. I can post picture of those and bottom of jacket if you would like

@kayleenmogren you can see the drawstring mechanisms in the picture if you look close. They are tucked under bottom side and cinch the bottom opening if pulled.
