Marc New York Dress

This dress zips up the side and has black mesh around the top. Was a size smaller than the mannequin so could not zip the whole way but it will zip up perfectly when it's just on the hanger. No rips or tears and has pleating where it flares out. Also has a lining on the inside. Has loopholes if you want to wear a thin belt with it. I did not purchase with a belt so that is not included.
