amreichertxo @darla1209 oh man! I’m sorry to hear that :( you’re in luck! I only wore this bag a few times it looks brand new. It’s not the lightest bag but also not that heavy. it has the long strap that helps. It also has the 2 smaller straps in side that i personally like better
