Marc Jacobs metallic pumps with wire mesh bows

Adorable metallic heels with pliable wire mesh bows (see pic of straw through bow - you can puff them up or lay them flat). Small tear on back near heel (see photo). These say 39.5 but I think they run a smidge small.
