Vintage Marc Jacobs blue & white striped pant. Fitted throughout the thigh with a flared hem. Laces up the back waist. Marked as a size 4. I’m a size 2 & these fit me in the waistband/hips and are mid-rise. Please see measurements below. Great condition!
