I had these hemmed - inseam is 22.5”. I’m 5’4” 113 and they hit right at the ankle in length and mid waist just below the belly button, definitely not high waist, but also not low. Looking to rotate for something new. No rips or stains, dry cleaned, worn a few times. Non smoking home. Size 0
