I just received my foundation I ordered and it says NWT in the description, but it's obviously been opened. The tops taped but I opened it from the bottom. Was this previously owned and brought back to a store?

@catabreeze89 All of these came straight from Sephora online and I removed them all from the box from the bottom myself to be sure they were not damaged or used and in good shape as some appeared to have been defective and leaked in the box. I checked them all carefully for signs of use so I am really not sure what you are referring to.

@qqfashion As long as it was just you who took it out of the box. It looks like it might have a tiny leak because when you pull off the black top there is some makeup around the base of it. As long as it's not used I will keep it. Maybe it got tossed around while being shipped. Thanks for getting back to me so quick.

@catabreeze89 I promise it’s not used. I literally sat and opened 100+ boxes of this to check them all since I found a few that were leaky. I pulled up the tops just enough to check that there was not spillage on the neck or any signs of use and it is probably likely that a tiny drop got up high enough to show over the lip and on the threading once I reattached it.
