Gorgeous vintage Marc Jacobs red silk feel skirt with elasticated side panels. It has a heart detail in the center of the waist & does up with two poppers & a zip at the back. Please note that it has been pulled in to fit the dress model & is a U.K. size 10 which is a US size 6. The waist measures 15.5 inches across and the length is 17 inches.
