To get a more exact measurement, is it possible for you to measure the dress across the chest and waist area with a measuring by just laying the dress flat and measure across? Any guidance with more specific measurements would be appreciated, as I am trying to decide between a 2 and 4 & want to make sure it fits in the chest area. Thanks!
