Would these be suitable for “healthy” calves?

@tee_six Hello, sorry for the delay. I tend to have “healthy” or “muscular” calves myself. These boots zipper closed over my jeans. My calf measures 15.5” around. There is elastic down the back shaft of the boot for a bit of stretch. Hope this info helps.
