nicole_battista Hi it’s Nicole, you know I am moving houses right now. I did not purposely keep the original appraisal for any bad reason. Actually my jeweler told me to do that for my records. Now I am in the process of moving and I have to have my adrenal gland removed in two weeks. I have some stuff in one house inboxes and Then some stuff in other boxes in the other house. And I am doing this all by myself. Can you please release my funds. I really need them to complete my move and I sold this in good faith

nicole_battista I would like this resolved by Monday otherwise I think I should just get my bracelet back. I don’t want I’ll be at the new apartment again and my health is too important to me. But that was a hard piece for me to sell and it should not be prolong this long. I didn’t do anything wrong and Posh should be taken care of this. nicole_battista I just sent posh a message since I am not allowed to comment anymore on the case in review- I want this matter resolved by tomorrow or we can simply have you return bracelet. I am moving on 10/1, having a big surgery, and I am doing this all alone- I am 58 years old with serious health issues and I don’t need one more issue on my plate . I just wanted to let toy know that I sent that message to posh - again - no Bad feelings- I just can’t be worried about this .

kadietri @nicole_battista can I ask how you were able to make a copy of the appraisal if you are not sure where it is? I have no intention of canceling the order or returning the bracelet, I only want to have you send the appraisal report to me. That is all. When would you be able to send the appraisal, I understand you need the funds released.

nicole_battista During the time I sent the bracelet and how long it took to get to you we were packing up boxes . I made a copy at my house and then I guess I put in a box . Usually I keep my appraisals in one place - then s was just an unfortunate mistake. Nothing nefarious. I can assure you . I don’t really want it back - but I can’t have this hanging over my head .

nicole_battista In my honest opinion, it could be anywhere from the end of this week to when I move in October 1. Unfortunately the boxes are in closets in the new apartment, we still need some people to come through as it is not fully completed so I can’t just go in there and start opening boxes. I also have a week of doctors appointments until Thursday. I am not trying to use my illness as an excuse but unfortunately it does get in the way of my life. I would like to go down there on Thursday.
