@nrc82 Hi! Yes it is true to size. If you're a XS/S it'll probably fit you like a glove it's very tight in the shoulder and chest area and flowy at the bottom. There's not any stretch to it so my only recommendation is that it's for someone with a smaller bust. I wore it once pre boob job (b cup) and it fit amazingly. However, post boob job (d cup), there's no way I could fit into it.
