Brand new with tags, never worn! Purchased at pink chicken boutique in NYC. Have the matching jacket also listed. The color of this is a blue gray. Can also be worn with a white turtleneck underneath for layers when really cold. I would say this fits through 12 month. It was off season for us so we never got to wear it and also my baby was really small. The top is two cotton buttons, but the rest is easy snaps.
