Interior is clean. Red suede is bright, pretty and very soft.  only flaw I see is where I got a half inch of blue pen ink on it, then tried to clean it off and ended causing a small area that is lighter red from some color loss. But this is not obvious because suede naturally has varying shades from catching the light.
