yyiu @jlbanea2 no deep scratches. Light scratches go away with leather lotion but I've only gotten it on there once and it went away with the lotion. I've only worn this a few times but realized I need to be able to carry my laptop which this isn't the right bag. I can take more pictures if you would like.
