“L6” usually means Ladies size 6 in US sizes. If it was a mans or child’s or UK size 6 it would say “M6/L8”

@mtn1956 thank you for the information. These are a size 8 women’s I measured the sole heel to toe & will post pic! I tried them on also and I wear a size 8 they fit😉
