@mysticmilaaa that’s probably perfect. I’m 5ft 2 on a good day and that’s what my weight was when I purchased these!
They have an adjustable waist in the inside. There a stretch band hidden in the waist seam and a button on each side to wear you can tighten or loosen them.

@mysticmilaaa as far as overall stretch, they aren’t like legging material stretchy but they aren’t super stiff either like actual leather either.
