Mandela Design Boho Peasant Festival Top - L

This cool & comfortable top is made of a crinkled fabric and has a front tie at the keyhole neckline. Armpit to armpit it measures 23" and 27" shoulder to hem. One of my own tops, worn once - I just have far too many clothes!
