Hi! The top measures 13.5 inches seam to seam in the front - it’s a tie back & around the neck, so adjustable. The way I have them tied in the picture, the bottoms are 15.5 across the waist. Again, both sides are adjustable

Hi! I’m glad you asked the question because I checked the tags & the bottoms are actually a large. Even though the whole suit fits small, I’m afraid the bottoms would be to big for you.
