Makeup Forever Ultra HD Concealer for fair skin

I only used this less than 5 times, it's almost completely full. It works great as a concealer but I have huge bags under my eyes that all concealer I've tried just makes look worse. If I didn't have such big bags I'd use this because it's great for undereye dark circles. The bottle does have signs of wear from being in my purse. Retails for $28 new. It's almost completely full, will sell for $13.
