tinkerrn @fiveoclockwear Yes they are very hard. But you move fast and try to keep emotion out until you've done everything you are trained to do and hope for a good outcome. When they go to OR or ICU or Cath Lab. Then u can take a breath. Seen the best and the worst society has to show. I do care about them and always hope for the best 😘

tinkerrn @ashjesh stupidest thing ever. As I was landing in Salt Lake City to go to Park City for a pediatric emergency conference for a week of skiing and the conference I turned to get my pillow off window seat. Someone jarred me and I heard a pop.

tinkerrn @ashjesh Felt it. Didn't get to ski at all. Knew in April for sure I had a meniscus tear and a possible tibial plateau fracture. But I was trying to hide it and make some money before I took off work and I made the possible small fx a big one by doing so. Knee gave out a few times and had a couple falls too 😮😮😮

tinkerrn @lshopnyc you have some really nice items. All cover shots are good. When u are modeling in some of them there is some clutter (not dirty -so don't get mad lol - I have 2 I still need to redo. ) in background - re do those shots. You look great modeling them. So either do that and or get an app that makes everything else in background white. If you are doing this on phone.
