Maison Jules Music Note Dress Small

Covered in music notes, this is a theatrical dress! It is polyester material and has a built in white lining. I wore this 4 times when I was younger / thinner and now it is too tight on me. I am a 30" waist and while I can zip this up, I can barely breathe. This would be best for someone around a 28" waist to be able to breathe comfortably. I'm 5'4" and it comes to my mid thigh.
