Mainstays allows you to enjoy cooling off in hot weather. The fan features a removable base, and it is desktop used with the base, and clip type if base removed. There are two fan speed settings for choices at the backside. The fan head can be adjustable as 360 left & right and 95 up & down by simply loosening the butterfly screw and turning the spindle.
