Magnolia Pearl Steampunk/ vintage mint green skirt. It doesn’t have any form of waist band to hold it up. As you normally layer then add your belt. It does have very small almost unseen spot that I circled in one picture. The perfect addition to anyone’s closet waist measurement is 19in
