@wendyjenkinssto this has stretch in the breast area. There is no stains. There are no rips non-smoking no pets. It’s basically brand new no tag. Beautiful and you will not regret your purchase.. very colorful and flattering. I am not home at the moment, but I will get the measurements for you. I am a small D I would say it fits a B cup to a D cup any larger you are probably hanging out a little bit
