Magnificent statement collar

Statement collars are the tags this fall fashion season!! I’ve had this forever. Purchased it at a resale shop for $$$. It’s a very ornate, yet tasteful collar embellishment with zip closure. 3.5” wide with an 11” total diameter and a 4.25” interior diameter. A very substantial piece with no flaws.
